Job Description

Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Shift Differential: $3.50 for shifts between 10 PM and 6 AM

Starting Salary for New Graduates: $42.50 per hour

Tuition Reimbursement: Available for full-time employees

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
Provide care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
Continuously assess patient needs and adjust care plans based on any changes in their condition.
Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Requirements

A nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, with an obligation to maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.

Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment effectively.
Communicate and collaborate productively within an interdisciplinary team.
