Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven strategies and actionable models. Lead the development and deployment of data analysis products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability requirements. Define data governance standards and quality guidelines to support robust analytical modeling and data management. Mentor teams on best practices in analytics, visualization, validation and GenAI development to drive continuous improvement. Influence strategic decisions by integrating data insights with business context and measuring return on investment. What you'll bring: Extensive expertise in data science, including advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms. Proficiency in multiple data visualization tools such as Python, R, Tableau, and PowerBI to create compelling data stories. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality standards, and data ecosystem management. Ability to design and implement scalable machine learning models aligned with business objectives. Experience in defining data requirements and leveraging multiple data sources for analytical modeling. Skilled in coding languages including Python, SQL, and Java, with a focus on testing and deployment.
