• We are strictly an office cleaning company.
• We provide all supplies and vehicles.
• We provide paid training.
• We work in teams of 2 to 3.
• Our shift starts at 5:00 PM and can run to approximately 1:00 AM
• Scheduled workdays are Monday - Friday
• Weekends off

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your duties will include:

- Providing leadership and guidance to team members
- Supervising team performance and providing feedback
- Assisting with employee orientation and training
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating restocking efforts
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other team leaders and managers to achieve department goals

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members
- Bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Experience in supervising or managing a team in a retail or customer service environment
- Assistant manager experience is preferred but not required
