Secret-Cleared Help Desk Analyst: IT Support for Defense

Caci Inc

CACI International is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to support a Joint Interagency Task Force under the Deputy Secretary of Defense. The role requires resolving IT issues, processing access requests, and escalating tickets to SMEs as needed. Qualified candidates hold an Active Secret Clearance, an IT-related degree or equivalent experience, and 4+ years in help desk support.
