About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Contract Specialist to support the development and management of a strong, compliant, and competitive provider network. This role will focus on provider contracting, network expansion, compliance, contract administration, and provider relations. Key Responsibilities Negotiate, draft, and manage provider agreements, LOAs, contracts, and amendments. Support provider network expansion and maintain provider relationships. Ensure compliance with Medicare Advantage and SNP contracting requirements. Maintain accurate contract records, renewals, and reporting. Partner with internal teams to improve workflows and support network adequacy. Travel within assigned regions as needed. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in healthcare contract administration, provider contracting, or managed care required. Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Medicare Advantage or managed care experience strongly preferred.
