This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is a patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving underserved communities throughout the Yakima Valley, providing affordable, high-quality care to families regardless of their background, citizenship status, or ability to pay. The organization operates a Mobile Women's Health Unit that delivers essential preventive and screening services, including mammography, cervical cancer screening, and comprehensive women's health evaluations, directly to communities across the region to reduce barriers to care.

Opportunity:
Women's Health Nurse Practitioner – Mobile Unit

Job Details:

• Serve as the sole Nurse Practitioner on a Mobile Women's Health Unit delivering preventive and screening services throughout the Yakima Valley
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care directly to the community in a mobile clinic setting rather than a traditional facility
• Deliver essential services including mammography, cervical cancer screening, and comprehensive women's health evaluations
• Work alongside a dedicated support team consisting of a Medical Assistant, Receptionist, and Mammography Technician
• Proudly serve a largely migrant and Latino community with the support of a certified bilingual Medical Assistant for translation and patient care
• Full-time position at 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
• Utilize EPIC as the primary EMR system
• Must be comfortable working in a compact, non-traditional space and thrive in a dynamic, community-focused setting
• 2+ years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner required
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nurse Practitioner required
• Passion for working with underserved patient populations preferred
• Relocation assistance available
• $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after start date
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided with no tail coverage policy needed
• 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala offered
