Shift Hours: Part-time 24 hrs per week Dietitian Benefits: Competitive wagesbased on experience Daily pay option available Friendly work environment Registered Dietitian Pay Rate: $30.00-$35.00 per hour Monday and Friday with Flexible Schedules Dietitian Responsibilities: Assess the Clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and develop a plan of care within the electronic medical record. Develop, Implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, lab results, weight trends , intake and comorbidities. Provide nutrition education and counseling to resident, families and staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop a nutritional health plan for the patient's overall wellbeing Adhere to facility policy and procedures and to CMS, State and Federal regulations. Assist and participate interdisciplinary care conferences. Assist dietitian in duties as assigned. Qualifications Registered by the Commission on Dietitetic and Registration Hold a Certification / License in good standing within the state of practice Knowledge of the state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations Strong organization and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
