Therapist - Physical Therapist

$2154.24/week –

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join a prominent skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA. The PT will provide comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment plans to enhance patient mobility and functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and daily functioning.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care.

• Complete accurate documentation in Net Health following facility standards.

• Adapt to float to sister facilities within walking distance as required.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active California PT license.

• Possess SNF experience; mentorship available for 0-1 years of experience.

• Demonstrate strong documentation and time-management skills.

• Exhibit a flexible and collaborative approach to care delivery.

• Preference for availability Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedules.
