Estate and Trust ParalegalLHH is seeking an experienced Estates and Trusts Paralegal for our valued law firm client. Organization and attention to detail are extremely important in this fast-paced office. The position is a direct hire opportunity.Job RequirementsExperience working in fast-paced office environment; law office experience preferred3+ years solid estate & trust Paralegal experienceExperience with estate documents and tax returns preferredAbility to quickly learn and use varying software programsPreparing deeds; asset spreadsheets and probate pleadingsPreparing federal estate tax returns and gift returnsDrafting correspondence and legal documentsHighly detailed, organizedAssisting on preparing federal estate tax returns and gift returnsOrganizing and maintaining client filesHighly proactive with attention to detail, dependable, and extremely organizedExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent proofreading skills and clear and concise communication skillsPositive and professional demeanorQualifications:Paralegal certificate is preferred or prior experience in Estates and Trusts within a law firmLackner 6-in-1 software experienceExcellent communication skillsHigh attention to detailTrustworthy and ethicalClient service orientedSalary: $60,000 - $72,000Benefits: Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
