Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Residential Aides to support individuals with developmental disabilities (DD) and/or mental health conditions in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on assistance, promote independence, and ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment for all residents.

Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Residential Aides to support individuals with developmental disabilities (DD) and/or mental health conditions in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on assistance, promote independence, and ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and behavioral support as needed
- Monitor and document residents' behavior, progress, and any changes in condition
- Support residents in following individualized care and behavioral plans
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment
- Assist with medication reminders (as permitted by role and training)
- Accompany residents to appointments or community outings
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and team members to ensure quality care
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or
- mental health conditions required Experience as Direct Support Professional (DSP), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home
- Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Aide (PCA), or Caregiver
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and professional in challenging situations
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Relevant certification (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA) is a plus but not required
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
