You'll plug into a community where you can ask a question in Slack at 8pm on a Saturday and get a real answer in about five minutes from someone who's actually funding loans. 50+ lenders, a full broker product shelf, and no income caps. We've been doing this 20+ years (NMLS 4190). We know how to take an agent with a strong network and help them build a real mortgage business alongside their real estate practice. The honest part: this is a 100% commission opportunity, and getting licensed takes real effort. But you already do the hardest part of this business every single day.
