Schedule Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare- Sauk Centre Days (Day/Evening) | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm Call ER Call 1:5 C-Section opportunities available with 1:4 call (Optional) Pay and Benefits Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation. The campus features a Level IV trauma center and critical access hospital, family medicine clinic and wellness center, and offers 16 inpatient rooms, 26 clinic exam rooms, 12 outreach rooms, 2 labor and delivery suites, 2 operating suites, and an emergency department with 2 trauma bays, lab, pharmacy, and advanced imaging with MRI and 3D mammography. Adjacent to the medical campus are a 60-bed long-term care facility and a 30-unit senior living building. Outpatient services include chemotherapy, IV infusions, rehabilitation, transitional care, diabetes education, integrated behavioral health, complemented by visiting specialists and tele-stroke/STEMI collaboration with St. Cloud Hospital.
