About the Role:

This position is paid based on number of vehicles dismantled; compensation can vary due to your productivity. 

The Dismantler plays a crucial role in the automotive recycling process by efficiently dismantling vehicles to recover valuable parts and materials. This position requires a keen understanding of vehicle components and systems to ensure that all reusable parts are extracted safely and effectively. The dismantler will also be responsible for sorting and categorizing parts for resale or recycling, contributing to environmental sustainability efforts. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Ultimately, the work of a Dismantler supports the circular economy by reducing waste and promoting the reuse of automotive components.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in vehicle dismantling or automotive repair is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
