Establish a balance between increased productivity and reduced manufacturing costs. Ensure all employees adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback for improvement. Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Set productivity goals for manufacturing teams and monitor progress. Oversee daily operations to ensure production goals are met. Manage staff and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork. Ensure exceptional customer service and product quality standards are maintained. Qualifications 1+ year of management and/or leadership experience required. Previous manufacturing or production supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience overseeing daily operations and managing employee performance.
