Benefits Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Training & development 401(k) Competitive salary Employee discounts Flexible schedule Position Overview Soccer Shots Instructor – Part-Time Location: Joliet, South Plainfield, Lockport, New Lenox & Surrounding Areas Pay: $20/hour (or $15/hour during training) What You’ll Do Lead soccer-themed classes that focus on character development and fun Connect with children through enthusiasm and creativity (no soccer experience required!) Communicate effectively with parents, directors, and our leadership team Use the provided curriculum and equipment to deliver high-quality sessions Schedule & Pay Part-time & flexible – schedule around school, family, or other work Paid training at $15/hr (1–3 weeks, based on availability/learning pace) After training: $20/hr Performance raises after two completed seasons for reliable, dedicated coaches What We’re Looking For Summer and fall availability – not hiring only for the summer Passion for working with children and making a difference Reliable, punctual, and professional (coaches rarely call off) Energetic, engaging, and confident personality Physically able to run, kneel, squat, and carry equipment (bag with balls, nets, etc.) Reliable transportation & ability to pass a background check Why Join Soccer Shots?
