Our client, a leading organization in the technology and logistics sector, is seeking an Inventory and Logistics Specialist to join their dynamic team. As an Inventory and Logistics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of hardware and components, supporting the overall operational excellence of the organization. Job Title: Inventory and Logistics Specialist

Location: Secaucus, NJ

What's the Job?

• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventorying of hardware and components to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and attach necessary documentation such as packing lists, bill of ladings, and labels for shipments.
• Coordinate with freight carriers for pickups and deliveries, maintaining clear communication with field technicians.
• Support in creating and maintaining the Materials Management database for all inbound and outbound hardware.
• Assist in physical inventory movements and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and safety.

What's Needed?

• 2-4+ years of experience in inventory control or logistics roles.
• Proficiency in documenting all paperwork within Asset Management Portals (e.g., ServiceNOW).
• Working knowledge of server/PC components, PCB handling, and storage procedures.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and familiarity with ERP systems, Excel, and Word.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and wear personal protective gear as required.
