Who you are Experience: 3–5 years of recruiting experience in an executive search firm, recruiting agency, RPO, or corporate recruiting environment Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting for robotics, consumer electronics, automotive, hardware, software, engineering, or other technology-related positions Communication: Strong interpersonal, interviewing, and relationship-building skills Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously Technology: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and standard recruiting tools Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing business priorities Experience recruiting for robotics, AI, autonomous driving, electric vehicle (EV), or consumer electronics companies Previous experience in an executive search firm or technology recruiting agency Experience hiring both technical and business professionals Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and recruiting best practices Experience supporting high-growth startups or rapidly scaling organizations Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus What the job involves As a Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to attract, identify, and hire top talent that supports the Company's rapid business growth.
