Description Join our dynamic culinary team as a Banquet Cook, where your skills and passion for food preparation will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare all food items for banquets, restaurant/dining outlets, cafes, room service, employee cafeterias, and other catering events based on standardized recipes.

Ensure that all dishes are appealing, appetizing, and served in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen and work areas.
Minimize waste and optimize cost-efficiency while maximizing production output.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring all food presentation standards are met.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operation during service periods.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.

Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a cook, preferably in banquet or large-scale food service environments.

Knowledge of food preparation techniques, standard recipes, and presentation standards.
Strong understanding of sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards in a commercial kitchen.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual presentation and garnishing.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
