What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Generate business through prospecting, networking, marketing, and referrals.
• Conduct property showings and consultations.
• Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing transactions.
• Maintain organized client and transaction records.
• Follow Florida real estate regulations and brokerage policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.

Who We're Looking For

• Active Florida real estate license before performing licensed activities.
• Newly licensed and experienced agents are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Commitment to ethical real estate practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate when needed.
• Familiarity with technology and online marketing is helpful.

Individuals currently preparing for their Florida real estate license may express interest, but cannot conduct licensed activities until they meet all applicable licensing and brokerage affiliation requirements.

Important Compensation Information

This is a commission-only independent-contractor opportunity, not a salaried employment position. There is no guaranteed income, hourly wage, employee benefits, transaction volume, or brokerage-provided leads.

Commission arrangements are established individually according to the brokerage's applicable agreements and policies. Agents are responsible for applicable licensing, association, MLS, and individual business expenses.
