Peer Recovery Coach - Guide Hope & Growth
Compass Health
Compass Health seeks a Peer Counselor to provide recovery-based support at the MARC Healing Center under supervision. You will share lived experience to foster hope, help clients stabilize, and build community living skills for long-term recovery. You will mentor clients, connect them with natural supports, and document interactions while maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA and agency policies.
