Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies.Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses preferred. Prior State Farm experience preferred.
