Graham Personnel Services is currently hiring multiple Material Handlers / Machine Setup Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with a leading manufacturer in the plastics industry. This is a great opportunity to join a growing production team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with opportunities to learn and grow into machine operation roles. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who thrive in a physical work environment and are flexible with scheduling. Key Responsibilities

Support machine operators with material setup to ensure smooth and efficient production flow on the manufacturing floor
Load, move, and stage materials as needed, with frequent lifting of 50+ lbs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
Monitor material levels and assist in minimizing downtime by keeping machines supplied
Step in as a backup machine operator when needed, following proper training and safety procedures
Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
Previous machine operating experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and work in a physically demanding environment
Flexibility to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and adjust as needed
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
