Job Responsibilities & Requirements A Brief Overview As a Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be responsible for Master Data. Setting up BOM and Routers from engineering and regular maintenance of the ERP system. Responsibilities Ownassignedprojectsonthedatasidefromtheshopfloor,engineering,warehouse,and production control team. SetupBOM’swithcorrectlabor,price,andstocking levels. Beabletoassignroutingandworkflowofitemsthroughtheproductionfloorandstocking locations. Execute master data timely in SAP, including end-to-end processes Updatingsemiannual/quarterlysafetystock,orderingquantitiestoalignwithdemandand data validation checks. ReadandextractdatafromBOM’sandPrints Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoidentify opportunities for data-driven improvements and drive data-related initiatives. TrainingandeducationofbestpracticesonERPdata.Supportdata-relatedissues. Participateincontinuousimprovementinitiativeswithotherteamsacrossouroperationsto drive improvements. ExtractdatafrommultiplesourcesandERPsystems.Extractingdataforteammembers and developing reports. Datacomplianceandsecurity-workwithregulatoryandITonanas-neededbasis. Qualifications Associate’s Degree in related field preferred 2+ years in data maintenance with hands-on experience with SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) required. Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis. Experience with core SAP modules, particularly Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and/or Master Data Management (MDM) strongly preferred. Knowledge of query and report writing (SQL, ABAP) preferred. Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills required. Proficiency in Excel required; working knowledge of Power BI preferred. Physical Demands This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
