Who You Are As a software engineer you will serve as a software developer for F-35 Pilot Systems Software (PSSW), Multi-Function Display (MFD), and Helmet Mounted Display (HMD) Teams. In this role you will be expected to lead in the design, development, test and integration of real-time, embedded display software for TR3 and TR2 hardware. This software will be developed in C++ and OpenGL using an agile methodology. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and an Interim Secret clearance to start. Fort Worth, TX A level 3 employee typically has 6 - 9 years of professional experience. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree or above required within Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related major. C++ experience Python experience Unix/Linux experience Experience with large real time embedded software development Agile/Scrum Development experience Desired Skills Embedded display experience Experience with JSF architecture Experience with test automation Complete software lifecycle development process and test philosophies CI/CD, Pipeline OpenGL Python and/or Perl Atlassian Collaboration Tools Experience in a fast past‑paced environment in technical teams across virtual environments Experience or familiarity with System Integration and Test Team leadership experience Mission Systems/Avionics background Detail and teamwork oriented Experience applying design patterns in C++
