Full-Time On-Site Maintenance Tech (HVAC/EPA Certified)

Zidan Management Group

Candlewyck Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure vacated units are restored to market-ready condition and maintained to high standards. You will work with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks and maintain safety protocols.

The role requires HVAC and EPA certifications, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and strong communication. On-site schedule, with a 40-hour work week and various bonuses tied to unit performance.
