Hiring CDL A Flatbed Truck Drivers | Percentage or CPM Pay | CO & LP.

Position Details: OTR POSITION ONLY

PAY OPTION: 27% OF LINE HAUL OR UP TO 0.63 - 0.66/Mile (LOADED AND EMPTY)
80% OF LOADS ARE STEEL (BEAMS, PLATES, REBAR etc>)
AVERAGE LENGTH OF HAUL IS 700+ MILES
LP DRIVERS: 75% OF THE LOAD, 100% FSC
$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS PAID OUT OVER SIX MONTHS | $1,000 TRANSITION PAY
CONSISTENT WEEKENDS AT HOME
LATE-MODEL TRUCKS WITH APUs, REFRIGERATORS, INVERTERS & POWER OUTLETS
60% NO-TARP FREIGHT
3.5 DAY ORIENTATION
$85 TARP PAY PER LOAD
Excellent Lease Purchase Program optional after 30 days

At EverGreen, we have the freight flatbed drivers actually want — 80% steel, 100% direct customer loads, and 60%+ no-tarp freight so you spend your time driving and making money. We run long mileage hauls that keep you in the seat and out of the weeds. Get home most weekends, get treated with respect, and haul the best freight in the market. Our Lease Purchase program gives drivers a clear path to ownership — after just a 30-day evaluation period, company drivers can transition into LP and start building toward owning their own truck. LP drivers earn 75% of Line Haul plus 100% of the Fuel Surcharge, and once your truck is paid off that percentage increases to 80% of Line Haul plus 100% Fuel Surcharge. Whether you're starting out as a company driver, ready to make the leap into Lease Purchase, or coming in as an owner operator, you have a place in our family. Come drive with EverGreen.
