Primary Care Physician (FM) - Pittsburgh (Squirrel Hill), PA (UPMC)

UPMC Community Medicine, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician trained in Family Medicine to join Full Health Primary Care located in Pittsburgh (Squirrel Hill), Pennsylvania.

About Full Health Primary Care:

- This one location, outpatient only practice is in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh on Forbes Avenue. There is parking available onsite.

- Join a team of 7 physicians who care for a full range of patient ages in an urban patient center.

- This practice is open weekdays only, and each provider sees 14-18 patients per day.

- The on-call schedule is one week at a time every seven weeks.

- Practice resources onsite include blood draws and cardiac echo testing. Additional resources are available at UPMC Shadyside hospital, which is less than 3 miles away.

Job Requirements:

- Medical Degree (MD/DO)

- Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion

- Board Certified in Family Medicine (or board eligible for residency new graduates)

- Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License

- DEA certification
