Youll lead by examplecoaching team members, managing daily tasks, and maintaining Capriottis high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, enjoys leading a team, and is looking to grow their career in hospitality or restaurant management./ppSupervise and support team members during daily operations/ppDelegate duties and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately/ppMaintain a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes collaboration and respect/ppProvide exceptional guest service by ensuring every order meets Capriottis quality and presentation standards/ppFollow all company policies and operational procedures, including food safety, sanitation, and cash handling/ppAssist with labor management, inventory control, and cost monitoring/ppMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including kitchen, dining room, and prep areas/ppCommunicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth shift transitions/ppRecognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments/ppAct with honesty, integrity, and professionalism while promoting Capriottis values and culture/ppPrevious restaurant, food service, or retail leadership experience preferred (Shift Lead, Crew Leader, or Assistant Manager experience a plus)/ppExcellent customer service and communication skills/ppAbility to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment/ppStrong time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities/ppDependable, adaptable, and team-oriented work ethic/ppMust be at least 16 years old/ppFlexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays/ppAt Capriottis, we believe in promoting from within and helping our team members grow their careers.
