The Role
We are seeking a Barback to keep the bar prepared, organized, and ready to deliver excellent service. Working closely with bartenders and the dining room team, you will help create an efficient, welcoming experience for every guest.
What You Will Do
• Stock and replenish glassware, ice, garnishes, beverages, and other bar supplies. • Assist with beverage prep, opening and closing tasks, and maintaining clean work areas. • Collect, wash, and organize glassware and keep service stations orderly. • Anticipate bartenders' needs and communicate promptly during busy service. • Follow food-safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service practices. • Support the broader service team when needed.
What We Are Looking For
• A reliable, energetic teammate with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. • Clear communication and a genuine interest in hospitality and beverages. • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior restaurant or bar experience is welcome but not required.
Compensation:
$19.61 per hour plus tips.
