Creative Director, EVONA
\n \nPurpose: EVONA is where Space finds its people. We exist to make sure the most important sector for our civilisation has the people it needs to endure. Space is for everyone.
\n \nTrack record: close to 3,000 people placed into their dream Space job, across 400+ companies, with twelve taken to IPO.
\n \nMission: we’re already the leader in Space talent. This role makes that leadership undeniable.
\n \nLocation: St Petersburg, Fl (hybrid). Full-time.
\n \nReporting line: reports directly to the CEO.
\n \nBrand ownership: owns EVONA’s brand and creative vision, telling our story and our clients’ stories as one.
\n \nHandover: inherits a brand the CEO has built and driven to date, including the logo and evolving aesthetic, and takes it further.
\n \nScope: website, campaigns, video, testimonials and social.
\n \nWebsite: a major opportunity. You own the decision on what comes next.
\n \nTeam: directs our marketing generalist, strong in design and recruitment, as your executional partner.
\n \nVideo: turns our AI-led video work into a repeatable content engine.
\n \nStack: HubSpot, Canva and Higgsfield, Claude. Get more out of the tools before adding people.
\n \nPartnerships: identifies and develops creative partnerships across the Space sector’s centres of influence.
\n \nTeam philosophy: lean by conviction. Success means efficiency and potency, never headcount.
\n \nNon-negotiable 1: a strategist who still executes into the detail. In a boutique, high-performance team, there’s nowhere to hide.
\n \nNon-negotiable 2: a steward, not a reinventor. You elevate what we’ve built rather than replace it.
\n \nBackground: positioning experience at a specialist Space or defence company.
\n \nTeam experience: comes from small, fast-paced teams.
\n \nAudience: ideally has reached audiences of 1M+.
\n \nTypical routes in: design and art direction, or storytelling through copy, content and campaigns. The strongest blend both.
\n \nAgency experience: useful, but we’re looking for in-house depth over pitch mentality.
