Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services to students in grades 5-12. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to support students' functional, academic, and developmental success through individualized occupational therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
Deliver direct therapy services to students in grades 5-12.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
Participate in team meetings and consultations regarding student needs and services.
Recommend adaptations, accommodations, and assistive strategies to support student participation and independence.

Qualifications
Required
Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Washington or eligibility for licensure.
Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with school-aged students and educational teams.

Preferred
Previous school-based experience.
Experience working with middle and high school student populations.
Knowledge of educational and therapeutic best practices.
