Web Designer at Etna Interactive

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling, conversion-focused PPC landing pages that drive leads and revenue.
• Create and optimize static and animated digital ads for search, social, and programmatic display campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists and developers to ensure designs meet campaign objectives and technical specifications.
• Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on performance insights.
• Maintain brand consistency while tailoring designs to diverse client needs.
• Contribute to website redesign efforts to enhance overall digital presence and user experience.
• Support design maintenance queue and develop full website projects.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, or related field, OR 4+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume production or agency environment.
• Strong experience designing and optimizing PPC landing pages for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital campaigns.
• Proven ability to design engaging social media, search, and display ads.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma; familiarity with Unbounce, Instapage or other landing page builders is a plus.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design, A/B testing, CRO, and accessibility principles.
• Basic front-end coding skills (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Performance-driven mindset – analyze campaign performance data and refine designs for better results.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with video ad editing tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, heat‑mapping tools, and user testing.
• Previous experience working with medical professionals or other specialized industries.

Salary

$60,000 – $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Location

Remote – must reside in California, Arizona, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, or Georgia.
