As a key business partner to the General Manager, you will plan and direct all financial policies, objectives, and initiatives for a site exceeding $300M in operations! This is a pivotal leadership role where your expertise will drive financial strategy, operational excellence, and future growth in a high-impact industry.Key Responsibilities of the Senior Controller:Lead with Impact: Oversee financial teams to achieve goals, meet deadlines, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that transform challenges into opportunities.Drive Financial Strategy: Direct monthly closings, perform cash flow reviews, and deliver insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and KPI evaluations with actionable root cause and corrective insights.Ensure Compliance & Integrity: Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley controls, manage outside audits (Sales Tax, R&D Tax Credit, State/Federal Tax, etc.), and ensure adherence to company policies through collaboration with internal auditors.Supervise & Develop Teams: Manage accounting personnel, ensuring cross-training in key areas like general ledger, cost accounting, accounts receivable, capital planning, and FP&A.Support Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, own the Value Stream Map for the Finance group, and coordinate with departments to address Executive Leadership inquiries.If you are a Senior Financial Leader looking to develop your career in a strategically impactful role, within a rapidly growing organization, apply today.
