Role Overview: "
Work within a Nurse-Physician/APP based Ambulatory Care Practice Model"
Provide clinical support to staff members, and" assist "with the management of a caseload of Radiation Oncology patients"
Perform triage for patients face to face and via telephone"
Perform patient assessment, offer patient and family education and symptom management"
Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up"
Key Qualifications: "
New Jersey State RN license, BLS certification" required "
2 years of" Radiation " O ncology experience highly preferred"
Ambulatory care experience preferred"
1.5 - 2 yrs clinical nurse experience required "

Additional Information: "
Schedule: Flexed 10- hours between Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 9 pm [No holidays, No weekends]"
Location: 480 Red Hill Road (Monmouth)
Per Diem requirements: Minimum of 6 shifts per quarter"
