Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and dynamic P&C Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can handle both personal and commercial lines of insurance. As a P&C Producer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing a mix of new business acquisition and renewals. Compensation Package

• Base Salary : $40,000 - $45,000 annually
• Commission : 50% on new business and 50% on renewals
• Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal and commercial insurance accounts, including construction, restaurants, and auto industries.
• Handle accounts with an average size of $10,000-$30,000 for commercial and $2,500-$5,000 for personal lines.
• Allocate time effectively: 50% on new business development and 50% on renewals.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for both personal and commercial lines.
• Utilize carriers such as Erie, Travelers, Mutual Benefits, Progressive, Liberty, AIC, and Guard to quote and manage policies.
• Leverage IMS software for account management and documentation.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations : Active P&C license is required.
• Experience : Open to candidates with varying levels of experience in insurance sales and account management.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with IMS software is preferred.
