P&C Producer
Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and dynamic P&C Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can handle both personal and commercial lines of insurance. As a P&C Producer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing a mix of new business acquisition and renewals. This position offers a hybrid work model, providing flexibility while requiring a local presence. Compensation Package

Base Salary : $40,000 - $45,000 annually
Commission : 50% on new business and 50% on renewals
Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of personal and commercial insurance accounts, including construction, restaurants, and auto industries.
Handle accounts with an average size of $10,000-$30,000 for commercial and $2,500-$5,000 for personal lines.
Allocate time effectively: 50% on new business development and 50% on renewals.
Collaborate with a team of experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for both personal and commercial lines.
Utilize carriers such as Erie, Travelers, Mutual Benefits, Progressive, Liberty, AIC, and Guard to quote and manage policies.
Leverage IMS software for account management and documentation.
Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Designations : Active P&C license is required.
Experience : Open to candidates with varying levels of experience in insurance sales and account management.
Technical Skills : Familiarity with IMS software is preferred.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
