This company is well-known in the classic car restoration industry, producing custom interior components that are shipped across the U.S. and internationally.\n

\n This full-time, temp-to-hire Production Associate position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed assembly work, has a strong eye for quality, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values craftsmanship.\n

\n Production Associate Job Duties :\n

\n
• Assemble automotive door panels by applying fabric, vinyl, and other materials to pre-cut panels with accuracy and attention to detail 
\n
• Measure and cut fabric to required dimensions using rulers, cutting tools, and scissors 
\n
• Install trim pieces, padding, and other components to create a finished, high-quality product 
\n
• Operate hand tools and equipment to bond, fasten, or secure materials during assembly 
\n
• Inspect completed door panels to ensure they meet company quality standards 
\n

\n Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm\n

\n
\n

\n Pay : $20.00/hr\n

\n
\n

\n Production Associate Requirements :\n

\n
• At least 6 months of previous assembly, manufacturing, or experience using hand and power tools 
\n
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately 
\n
• Ability to follow diagrams, templates, or work instructions 
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work 
\n
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift 
\n
