John Vance Auto Group Miami, a family-owned and family-operated dealership, is growing and looking for driven, people-focused automotive sales representatives to join our team! What We Offer:
- Base pay of $2,000/month
- Commission and bonus opportunities
- Full-time schedule
- Sundays off + one additional day off during the week

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through proactive outreach
- Conduct needs assessments, make product recommendations, and coordinate test drives
- Negotiate deals while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Log all customer interactions in our lead management system
- Personally deliver sold vehicles to ensure a top-notch experience and gain referrals
- Participate in networking and business development activities
Qualifications:
- No automotive experience required we will train the right person!
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or customer service industries is highly valued
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain a loyal customer base
- Interest in staying informed about products, trends, and industry updates
