Sr. Salesforce Developer

Employment Type: Contract Status: Accepting Candidates Description: Sr Salesforce Developer Location: ATL, GA - HYBRID Length: 6+ months Start: ASAP Interview: Video Visa: USC or GC only 10-15years of experience with architect experience. Collaborate with business analysts and other developers to understand user stories and design appropriate solutions on the Salesforce platform. Implement and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and other Salesforce tools. Develop custom workflows, triggers, and process automations to meet specific business needs. Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems, utilizing REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs. Ensure that all solutions are developed in line with Salesforce best practices, considering performance, security, and scalability. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code standards. Work with the team to troubleshoot and refine existing solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business. Maintain and update technical documentation related to implemented solutions. Stay informed about Salesforce updates and new features, applying them to enhance solutions where applicable. Experience/Skills Required: 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on implementation. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and modern JavaScript. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs. Solid understanding of Salesforce's declarative tools, including Flows, Process Builder, and Visual Workflow. Ability to interpret and implement business requirements into technical solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including governance limits and security. Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce's object model. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification. Desired Experience/Skills: Experience working in an agile development environment. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools in the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience with Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
