Job Summary:
The operating room (OR) nurse is based in Hobbs, New Mexico. This position involves working in a short-term acute care facility, providing perioperative nursing care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license; at least 1 year of clinical experience, including knowledge and skills with orthopedic, gynecological, and podiatry procedures; relevant certifications such as ACLS and BLS; experience in operating room settings; travel experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge experience and familiarity with Epic charting system.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates may be expected to work 1-2 on-call days per weekdays and weekends per month, with specific scheduling including working three of the five major holidays. Must have at least one year of recent clinical experience and be able to commit to working scheduled hours without expecting additional overtime or stipends related to pay structure.
