Salary Range Salary Range: $115,000 – $120,000 + bonus Overview We are seeking a Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and advisory engagements across a diverse client base. This role involves reviewing complex returns, advising on tax strategies, and serving as a key client contact. Key Responsibilities Review and prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns Advise clients on tax strategies to minimize liabilities and ensure compliance Manage multiple engagements, budgets, and deadlines Serve as a primary client contact for tax-related matters Partner with senior leadership on planning and compliance initiatives Conduct tax research and prepare technical memoranda Mentor, train, and develop staff Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (MST or JD/LLM a plus) CPA or EA required 7+ years of public accounting tax experience Strong background in compliance, review, planning, and research Experience with individual, corporate, and partnership taxation Proficiency in tax software (ProSystem fx preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Why Join Competitive compensation + performance bonus Strong growth and leadership opportunities Exposure to diverse clients and complex tax work #J-18808-Ljbffr
