Financial Analyst I, II - RRE Carolinas Finance FP&A

Responsible for the day-to-day overall cost management, accounting, and financial analysis. Provide direct support to the multiple leaders within the RRE organization with a budget oversight. Analyze and report variances, trends, and plans. Define and improve current and future reporting requirements. Work closely with project teams to test database and reporting solutions. Ensure adherence to GAAP, internal company financial policies and procedures. Provide regulatory knowledge, including familiarity with environmental clause cost management. Coordinate and manage various projects & initiatives that arise throughout the normal course of business. Requirements Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Other Related Degree. One (1) plus years of increasingly diverse or complex experience in related field in addition to degree. Possesses and applies fundamental accounting and finance concepts, practices, and procedures. Experience with financial applications (e.g., PeopleSoft, HFM, PowerPlan, etc.) and query tool (WebI). Experience using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word and Power Point. Two (2) plus years of increasingly diverse or complex experience in related field in addition to degree (for Financial Analyst II). CPA, CIS, CFA, or CMA Certifications (or working toward certification) (desired).
