Licensed Therapist – Full-Time, Clinical Growth Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, licensed therapist to join our dynamic clinical team. This is a full-time position for a clinician who is committed to excellence and making a real impact in the lives of first responders, children, and patients who have experienced significant trauma. The right candidate thrives in a well-structured environment, works well within established clinical protocols, and sets healthy, consistent boundaries with clients while upholding strong ethical and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on clients who have experienced significant trauma.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and adhere to all legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Bring a steady, consistent approach to client care, setting clear expectations and boundaries that support accountability and growth.
• Work within our clinical framework and protocols while applying sound professional judgment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, supervision, and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Set your own schedule within the clinic's operating hours, with flexibility to meet client needs.
• Model professionalism, integrity, and resilience when working through challenging cases.

 

Qualifications

• Current, active license to practice therapy (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) in Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with children and trauma-affected populations.
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team guidance and clinical best practices.
• Confidence in maintaining clear, consistent boundaries with clients.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport while holding healthy boundaries.
• Willingness to work with children and individuals who have experienced trauma, including those with complex behavioral and emotional needs.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
