SCENSC - Nurse Educator

Job Summary Assist in developing, conducting, and evaluating organizational nurse/medical treatment team training programs. Conduct classroom and individual training through in‑service, clinical supervision programs, orientation tracks, new graduate residence program, and ongoing education for nurses, students, and patient‑care staff. Serve as a resource for staff and site leadership, providing recommendations for patient educational programs. Support preceptorship and mentorship programs. Perform administrative duties as needed, plan monthly education activity calendar, and serve on special committees. Education and Experience Required Associate’s Degree from an accredited nursing school (required). Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred. 3‑5 years of healthcare experience with exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations. 1‑2 years of experience in a training or education role preferred.
