- Up to $129,168 annual salary with experience
- $5,000 relocation assistance

- Outpatient setting focus
- ‘ Best of both worlds ’ - 50 / 50 breakdown between leadership responsibilities and direct patient care
- ‘ Bread & butter’ generalist behavioral health role serving a variety of case-mix and all age groups.
- Traditional Monday - Friday or 4 x10’s scheduling options available
- Seeking Social worker credentials with prior leadership and/or Tribal health setting experience
- Applicant for this role must be passionate towards working with tribal patient-population
