General Laborer Machine Operator

Are you looking to get out of the retail and fast-food environment? Adecco is hiring Entry-Level General Labor / Production Workers for a growing manufacturing facility in Irwin, PA . This is a great opportunity to start a career in manufacturing and build hands-on skills with industry equipment.

What You'll Do

• Assist with assembly of doors and production materials

• Inspect products for quality and report any issues

• Help with basic repairs and material handling

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What You Need

• Entry-level

• Previous general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed

• Must have steel-toed boots and box cutter

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Up to 10 hours of overtime available weekly

• Starting at $18/hour
