Surgical Services Contract Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Days shift from 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM, with 7-10 days of call per month. On-call hours are from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM, including weekends.

The surgical team handles approximately 120 cases per month across various specialties, including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Total Joints, Podiatry, OBGYN (including C-sections), Endoscopy, Neurosurgery, Robotics, ENT, and Cataracts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
• Utilize equipment including Hana Tables, Stryker, Arthrex, and Medacta.
• Participate in after-hours call and weekend coverage as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant surgical experience is required.
• Experience in Neurosurgery is preferred.
• Flu vaccine is mandatory with no exceptions.
• Must adhere to the 100-mile radius rule; candidates with a permanent address within 100 miles will not be considered.
• No more than 3 days of requested time off (RTO) per 13-week contract.
• The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts without guaranteed hours applying.
