Customers: Ensure quick, friendly service with high‑quality food, maintaining a clean environment. Restaurants: Maintain high standards for cleanliness, equipment, and overall operations to ensure a safe and efficient environment. Role Expectations Create a Positive Environment: Foster a positive and collaborative workplace where everyone feels valued. Mentor and Inspire: Lead and inspire your team to ensure customers get the best service. Deliver Great Service: Ensure guests have great experiences with friendly service, cleanliness, and quality food. Maintain Standards: Keep the restaurant clean and well‑maintained, including equipment and overall operations. Manage Finances: Understand and manage the restaurant's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
