Interventional Pain Management Physician - Vero Beach, Florida

Location: Vero Beach, Florida | Employment Type: Full-Time | Compensation: $350,000 – $425,000 Base + Production Bonus

The Opportunity

A well-established and highly respected interventional spine and pain practice in beautiful Vero Beach, Florida is seeking a skilled Pain Management Physician to join their dynamic and growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity offering a guaranteed base salary in year one, a comprehensive benefits package, and a transition to a production-based model in year two - with earning potential well above $700,000 for high producers. You will work primarily out of the Vero Beach main office 3-4 days per week with rotation through the Palm Bay office 1-2 days per week - both locations utilizing cutting edge interventional techniques and procedures. New graduates and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.

• Year 1: Guaranteed base salary $350,000 – $425,000 commensurate with experience + bonus above collections threshold
• Year 2+: Collections based model - earning potential well above $700,000 for high producers
• Schedule: Monday through Friday - no nights - no weekends
• 99% office based - ASC utilized only when necessary
• PMR or Anesthesia background - both welcome
• New graduates and experienced candidates welcome
• Virtual medical scribes and onsite MAs provided

Procedures Performed

This position offers a comprehensive and cutting edge interventional procedure mix including epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablations, kyphoplasty, spinal cord stimulator trials and permanent implants, SI joint fusion, Intracept, Spinal Simplicity, MILD, Reactiv8, peripheral nerve stimulation, and more - utilizing the latest advances in interventional pain technology.

Compensation & Benefits

• Year 1: Guaranteed Base Salary $350,000 – $425,000 + bonus above collections threshold
• Year 2+: Collections based model - earning potential well above $700,000

• PTO: 3-4 weeks annually inclusive of CME

Qualifications

• MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine - required
• Fellowship training in Pain Management - required
• PMR or Anesthesia background - both welcome
• New graduates and experienced candidates welcome
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• DEA certification - required
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to exceptional patient care
• Comfortable working in an office-based interventional setting
