QUICK ROLE SNAPSHOT
- Full-time agent who will focus on investment real estate: MLS offers daily, win listings, close flips/wholesales with full team to support you. Source for ELEVATION consulting clients and Academy students actively looking for flips.
- Income target: $150K+ in 12 months for strong performers (with significant upside).
- You bring the hunger + follow-up. We bring the systems, deal flow, team camaraderie and leadership.

- Multiple exit strategies = more earning power: Flip, Wholesale, Consulting, Listings, and JV with Sellers.
- A growing wholesale machine so you can focus on selling—not paperwork!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Generate and convert opportunities: outbound to agents, investor meetings, and consistent follow-up.
- Write offers daily (MLS + off-market) and move fast on deal analysis.
- “Listing Pivots” conversations with sellers when retail is the best exit strategy
- Build 50/50 production: 50% self-generated + 50% company-generated opportunities.
- Use RESimpli (CRM) religiously: notes, tasks, follow-ups—no exceptions.
- Weekly sales meeting + skills training. We sharpen the sword every week.
COMPENSATION & PERKS
- Draw/advance against commissions (not a salary) for first two month to ramp quickly.
- Commission splits: 25%–75% depending on type of business and volume.
- Cap on self-generated business.
- Ability to invest alongside ELEVATION on select flips (subject to availability).
WHAT YOU BRING
- Active Colorado real estate license: 2+ years of real estate sales experience.
- Competitive, coachable, organized—high integrity and higher standards.
- Comfort writing offers, meeting agents & clients in person, and handling real investor conversations.
- THIS IS NOT A SIDE HUSTLE ROLE.
