Salary: $18.00-$21.00 Responsibilities Utilize your expertise to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age. Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans. Apply creativity and advanced techniques in a play-based and naturalistic therapy environment. Guide children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions. Document and track each child\'s development, contributing to their customized therapy programs. Ability to perform physical activities and sustain movements (e.g., lifting/carrying, running, crouching, kneeling, bending, and moving between positions) as part of providing therapy; communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing. Reliable transportation and a valid driver\'s license preferred. Safety is a priority at Lighthouse. You will undergo a background check and drug test at the time of hire.
